Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Austria) and to the following countries: Switzerland, Austria, Great Britain-Northern Ireland, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Romania, Denmark, Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Austria):

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

AUSTRIA – Order value up to €140 = €4.90
AUSTRIA – Order value over €140 = free shipping

International deliveries:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

AUSTRIA = 5.90€

GERMANY = 6.90€

SWITZERLAND = 9.90€ 


CROATIA, POLAND, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, HUNGARY = 9.90€ 

BELGIUM, BULGARIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, MONACO, NETHERLANDS, ROMANIA = 9.90€

DENMARK, PORTUGAL, SWEDEN, SPAIN = 19.90€  

ALBANIA, ANDORRA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, FAROE ISLANDS, GIBRALTAR, ICELAND, KOSOVO, LIECHTENSTEIN, MONTENEGRO, NORTH MACEDONIA, NORWAY, TURKEY, SAN MARINO, SERBIA = 19.90€ 

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery of goods (Austria) shall be made within 3–7 working days, for international deliveries within 7–14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. The delivery time in this case will be determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If payment is made via credit card (without the use of a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
